PURPOSE: Provided is a lubricating oil composition which does not contaminate a working environment and endures an aluminum processing at high speed and high processing rate. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (A) a mineral oil having 15 vol% of aromatic components, which is a base oil; (B) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (B1) alkylene oxide adduct of alcohol having 3-6 hydroxyl groups, which has number average molecular weight of more than 100, less than 1000, (B2) hydrocarbyl ether or hydrocarbyl ester of the (B1), (B3) polyalkylene glycol having number average molecular weight of more than 100, less than 1000, (B4) hydrocarbyl ether or hydrocarbyl ester of the (B3), (B5) C2-C20 diol, (B6) hydrocarbyl ether or hydrocarbyl ester of the (B5), (B7) C3-C20 triol, (B8) hydrocarbyl ether or hydrocarbyl ester of the (B7), (B9) C6-C40 linear olefin; and (C) an emulsifier.
