PURPOSE: An Internet call system and a call connection method are provided to pass through key wireless service exchanges by a general telephone line for Internet-based communication network interworking, and to pass through an Internet communication network when moving to another area or other country, thereby making a call at a local call rate. CONSTITUTION: An Internet phone(200) has a long-distance/international discount fee button transceiving an inputted voice signal to an Internet communication network(100) or key wireless service exchanges(201,211). A data center(202) interworks the key wireless service exchanges(201,211) with the Internet communication network(100), confirms client information transmitted from the key wireless service exchanges(201,211) and the Internet communication network(100), and authenticates the information to make a call through the key wireless service exchanges(201,211) and the Internet communication network(100).
