PURPOSE: A gantry tilt correcting apparatus is provided to be capable of correcting a tilt of an X-axis gantry when a tilt of the X-axis gantry is sensed using a part mount sensing device. CONSTITUTION: A part mount sense device(210) is arranged to be spaced apart from a transfer device(30), and senses a plurality of marks(m1,m2) to generate a mark image signal. A controller(220) generates a start signal for starting tilt correction of an X-axis gantry(13), and receives the mark image signal from the part mount sense device(210). The controller(220) compares the received signal with a reference mark image signal to calculate a horizontal difference. The controller(220) generates tilt information for correcting the tilt of the X-axis gantry(13) by the calculated horizontal difference and outputs the tilt information to a motor drive circuit(230), which generates a motor control signal according to the tilt information. A gantry driving part(130) shifts one end of the X-axis gantry(13) in response to the motor control signal.
