PURPOSE: A four-way control valve is provided to improve reliability of operation. CONSTITUTION: An assembly of a valve seat(50), a main spool(60) and a hydraulic rotation actuator(70) is mounted in a valve casing comprising a valve housing(30) with a plurality of ports(A,B,R), a housing nut(40) and the valve seat. A driving shaft(72) of the rotation actuator directly drives the main spool. The rotation actuator gets part of fluid from a supply side port by operation of a solenoid coil(80) to convert into pilot hydraulic pressure and drives the driving shaft in normal/reverse direction according to the converted hydraulic pressure.
