PURPOSE: A cap having non-contact circuit for preventing counterfeit of contents and providing an information regarding the contents to a user by using a separate reader while the cap is not opened. CONSTITUTION: The cap having non-contact circuit for preventing counterfeit comprises an outer cap(10) consisting of a cutting element(12) secured to the inside of an upper round surface(11) and recesses(13) formed along an internal circumference with a predetermined space for providing a first and a second clamping steps(14a,14b); a cylindrical internal cap(30) having protrusions(31) that may be movably fitted in the recesses(13) of the outer cap(10) and helical groove which may open and close a container in manner of screw; and a non-contact circuit(20) having an induction coil(21) that is supported on the upper round surface and having a same axis with the center of the upper round surface, and IC chip(22).
