PURPOSE: Ionic calcium containing liquor and a preparation process thereof are provided, thereby acidification of human body can be prevented, and diseases caused by deficiency of calcium can be also prevented. CONSTITUTION: The ionic calcium containing liquor is prepared by dissolving 1 to 7g of ionic calcium in 1 liter of water and mixing the ionic calcium solution with liquor in a ratio of 5 to 10cc of the ionic calcium solution per 250 ml of liquor, wherein the liquor is selected from fermented liquor, distilled liquor and mixed liquor. The process for preparing the ionic calcium containing liquor comprises the steps of: calcining Ostrea gigas THUNB. using high purity carbon powder to prepare water-soluble ionic calcium; dissolving 1 to 7g of ionic calcium in 1 liter of water; maturing the ionic calcium solution at room temperature for 1 to 3 days; passing the ionic calcium solution through a filter made of a charcoal of oak trees; and mixing 5 to 100 cc of the filtered ionic calcium solution with 250ml of liquor.
