PURPOSE: A window-opening device at an automobile is provided to easily prevent the damage of a device such as a door panel and a door latch due to compulsory opening of the door. CONSTITUTION: A window-opening device at an automobile includes an input block for inputting the number of pulling and pushing of the external handle of the door, a counter for counting the number of pulling of the external handle of the door inputted from the input block, a clock for measuring the pulling time of the external handle of the door inputted from the input block, a control block for storing by receiving the counted number of the counter and the measured time signal of the clock and a switch connected the control block and the power window switch. |
