PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a listening device enabling a person hard of hearing to easily and independently attain shortening of viewing distance and turn up the listening sound to the level as high as that heard by a normal person for the purpose, for example, of solving the difficulty in controlling the sound volume between the normal person and the person hard of hearing when a plurality of people simultaneously view TV at home. SOLUTION: The sound listening device is so constituted that a sound receiver captures the sound generated by a built-in loudspeaker of a TV set immediately near the loudspeaker, and the sound wave is transmitted in a small air space through a sound transmission tube without being diffused into the air and directly transmitted to the viewer. |
