PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a visually impaired person to move by oneself by guiding the visually impaired person by a detail voice message including proper nouns. SOLUTION: The ID of an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag 1 which the visually impaired person holds is read by an RFID reader 13 assembled inside a block 10 for guiding the visually impaired person by voice having the same shape as a conventionally installed line-shaped block 10s or a dot- shaped block 10t, and a voice output unit 15 in the block 10 guides the visually impaired person by the detail voice message. |
