PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system comprising an image forming apparatus and an image processing apparatus for applying image processing to image data interconnected by a network that can relieve a network load so as to attain smooth operation. SOLUTION: When an external information processing apparatus connected to a network applies image processing to image data stored in a storing section, the image forming apparatus connected to the network transmits the image data and processing condition information for the image processing to the information processing apparatus, receives preview image data from the information processing apparatus, displays the image on a displaying section. The image forming apparatus is characterized in that it is provided furthermore with a control means that transmits only the processing condition information for reprocessing to the image processing apparatus when the reprocessing is required on the basis of the evaluation result entered by an operator by using an entry section. |
