PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user interface of a medical information reference system to by dynamically changeable into a form desired by a user, and the user interface after a change to be reused. SOLUTION: A user interface constitution information obtaining means 20 obtains user interface constitution information 21 from a user interface information storage device 2 to be managed in a user interface constitution information management means 10. A user interface constitution means 30 constitutes a user interface 31 based on the managed user interface constitution information 21. A user interface constitution information changing means 40 changes the user interface constitution information 21 managed by the user interface constitution information managing means 10. A user interface constitution information storing means 50 stores the changed user interface constitution information 21 in the user interface information storage device 2.
