PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suspension fixing structure of a magnetic head supporting device by which a fixation processing is easily performed by simple structure and sufficient fixation strength is realized. SOLUTION: In the suspension fixing structure of the magnetic head to support a slider 12 on which the magnetic head 16 is mounted to be freely oscillatable by suspension 14, engaging holes 28, 30 and fixing holes 32, 34 are formed on leaf springs 18, 20 to constitute the suspension 14, stopping projecting parts 36, 38 and fixing projecting parts 40, 42 are formed on a supporting arm 10 provided with leaf springs, the leaf springs are made to be stopped states on the supporting arm by engaging the stopping projecting parts of the supporting arm into the engaging holes and the fixing projecting part on the supporting arm side is inserted into the fixing hole and thus, thin leaf springs are surely fixed on the supporting arm.
