PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with terminals or a capacitor with terminals, having a small occupied area on a mounting substrate. SOLUTION: Either one terminal of a positive terminal and a negative terminal is fit so as to be housed on the inside of the outer circumference of a secondary battery or a capacitor to reduce the occupied setting area of the secondary battery with terminals or the capacitor with terminals on the substrate. By installing one or more steps in the terminal installed on the side facing the substrate, short circuit between a positive can and the negative terminal is prevented.
