<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that a trouble, bringing a serious affection on the performance of a plant such as the adhesion of marine organism to a cooling tube and a tube plate or a conductive tape or a marine organism adhesion preventing plate, which are peeled off, block the opening of cooling tube on the tube plate and, therefore, the outlet port unit of a cooling water chamber is blocked or the like when the conductive tape for covering the joint of marine organism adhesion preventing plates or the marine organism adhesion preventing plate itself is peeled off. SOLUTION: The marine organism adhesion preventing plates, having electric catalysts attached to the tube plate of the heat exchanger, are connected to each other whereby the plates are made so as to be hardly peeled off from the adhesive surface of them and the detection is permitted when the plates are peeled off.</p> |
