<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect the preparation of tax withholding in accompany with relocation of employee within the same company, and the information on last position. SOLUTION: Each company-possessed client machine 2 utilizing the same system and a salary information management server 1 are connected through the network 3, and the salary information management server 1 is connected to a storage memory 11 having a first area storing the last position information including the company identification data, and a second area storing the salary-related information including employee identification data of each company, the company identification data, and a field of the last position information. The system is provided with processing means 21-24 receiving the instruction for preparing the tax withholding in accompany with the relocation of employee from the machine, accumulating the information necessary for tax withholding from the second area on the basis of the employee identification data, and informing the same to the requestor client machine, and last position information reflection processing means 26, 27 receiving the instruction for last position information reflection processing from the machine, and reading out the last position information from the first area on the basis of the employee identification data and the company identification data of the second area for reflecting the same on a last position information field of the second area.</p> |
