SOLUTION: This plant supervisory control device for supervisory controlling the operating condition of the plant includes a scenario draw-up part 8 for drawing up a navigation scenario in the operating condition of the previously specified component device of the plant, a navigation scenario data saving part 9 for saving the navigation scenario, and a navigation operating part 11 for reading the navigation scenario from the navigation scenario data saving part 9 and executing the navigation scenario.</p> |
