A detecting part 22 detects the frame pulse of the main signal data supplied from a converting part 22-i through a separating part 21. A generating part 24-i generates a channel number given to the main signal data on the basis of the frame pulse. A switching part 25-i returns the switched A1 bytes and A2 bytes to their original places on the basis of the frame pulse and the channel number.
