PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely install a magnetic head hoisting lever 10 without increasing the number of components in a magnetic head hoisting device having the magnetic head hoisting lever 10. SOLUTION: In the magnetic head hoisting device, the magnetic head hoisting lever 10 is provided with a linkage arm 102 to drive a magnetic head, a pair of oscillation arms parts 104, 104 projected toward the both ends of the linkage arm 102 in the same direction. A pair of supporting axes 101, 101 to project outward from an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the respective oscillation arm parts to the both of the oscillation arms 104, 104 are provided, the supporting axes 101, 101 are rotatably engaged into a pair of bearings 15, 15 formed on a main chassis 1, tip parts 106, 106 of both of the oscillation arm parts 104, 104 is projected to the outside of a pair of fall-off prevention chips 14, 14 formed on the main chassis 1 and overlapped with the fall-off prevention chips 14, 14.
