PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure steam generating device capable of generating low pressure and low temperature pure steam being at an atmospheric pressure level or below an atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: A steam feed pipe 3 is connected to a heat exchange tank 5 through regulating valves 9 and 10. A pure water coil pipe 6 communicating with a pure water feed pipe 2 is arranged in the tank 5. A condensate discharge pipe 20 is connected to the lower part of the tank 5A. A steam trap 21 and a valve 22 are mounted in parallel on the condensate discharge pipe 20 and communicated with an ejector 17 of a suction means 4. The suction means 4 consists of the ejector 17, a tank 23 and a circulation pump 24. Pure water fed to the pure water coil pipe 6 through the pure feed pipe 2 is heated by steam at an atmospheric pressure in the tank 5 or a pressure below an atmospheric pressure, and turns into pure steam having a pressure being an atmospheric pressure level or a pressure below the atmospheric pressure, that is, an atmospheric temperature, which is delivered to a given spot.
