PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposited-snow melting block and a deposited-snow melting device, by which hard deposited snow having high density can be melted and which is executed easily because the connection and joining of a heat transfer body and a heating element with the joining of the block or the like are not required and in which a construction cost and an execution time can be reduced largely. SOLUTION: A slipping-off snow-melting surface 7 with a recessed curved surface 6 or an inclined plane 12 is formed on the top face side while a plurality of loosely penetrating holes 9 for penetrating the heat transfer bodies 4 such as a hot water pipe or the heating elements 5 such as an electric heater under the state of a play are formed on the inside.
