PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a service car for asphalt pavement in which a control means can be moved between the front of a driver's seat and the front of a workbench on the rear of the driver's seat as the driver's seat is left as it is fixed and workability is improved. SOLUTION: A bracket 19 is installed rotatably to the lower section of an arm 12a fixed and horizontally extended to a bearing 12d rotatably mounted on a driving base 3 in the horizontal direction, an upstanding arm section 20 is erected to a vertical upper section from the bracket while a lever clamper 23 is secured on the side face of the upstanding arm section 20, and the control means 9 is fixed rotatably at the upper end of the upstanding arm section 20 in the horizontal direction. An arm fixing section engaged with the lever clamper 23 is set up to the driving base 3, and a workbench arm fixing section 26, to which a fixture 26 is fitted, is attached at the rear of the side section of the driving base 3.
