PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a long-acting nasal drop improved in retention property of an active ingredient in the nasal cavity, having high effect on pollinosis, or the like and capable of sustaining the effect. SOLUTION: This long-acting nasal drop comprises a base which is incompatible with pituita and the active ingredient.
