The invention relates to a noise damper, with sound absorption, used in the cars provided with internal combustion engines. According to the invention, the noise damper comprises an inlet tube (1), an outlet tube (2) assembled by welding in three equidistant points to some elliptic lids (3 and 4) and similarly to some pierced half housings (5 and 6) surrounded by a sound absorption sleeve (7) limited at the exterior by the outer housing (8) of the damper, said housing crimped, on its turn, by some lateral outer lids (9 and 10) which are welded by a continuous welding seam on the inlet and outlet tubes (1 and 2).
