The barrel comprises an elastically deformable ring with outgrowths (13) having two diametrically opposite flats which can be clipped in a groove (6) in a barrel outgrowth (9). The groove comprises two flats so that, during rotation of the barrel, the barrel flats elastically deform the ring.
