PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a view point converted-image with little strain and to easily convert the view point. SOLUTION: This view point converting device is provided with an actual camera 11 outputting an image, an image converting means 12 for converting the photographed image picked up by the actual camera 11 by adjusting an outgoing angle to the inside of the actual camera 11 to be less than an incoming angle from the outside of the actual camera 11, a view point converting means 13 for converting the view point of the image converted by the image converting means 12, and a display means 14 for displayed the view point converted-image of which the view point is converted by a view point converting means 13. |
