PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate tension to a film-like printing body to be processed in printing and component mounting process, and to automatically send out the film-like printing body for which a processing is ended to a prescribed stroke. SOLUTION: In the state of clamping the film-like printing body 9 by all fixed clamps 19 and 29, it is moved forwards while keeping a tension clamp 12 on a rear side of a moving direction of the film-like printing body 9 of a component mounting device 33 opened by a cylinder 17. Then, it is pulled back by an action of a tension coil spring 18 while it is kept clamped. After component mounting is ended, the tension clamp 12 is opened. Then, the film-like printing body 9 is clamped by clamps 20, and all the fixed clamps 19 and 29 are opened simultaneously with it. Then, the feed clamps 20 are moved in a prescribed stroke feed direction and it is clamped by all the fixed clamps 19 and 29 simultaneously. Thereafter, the feed clamps are opened and returned.
