PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromechanical band pass filter suited to the access of a PIRM memory array. SOLUTION: The electronically coupled mechanical band pass filter produced on a substrate (36) is provided with first and second masses (32 and 38) and each of masses can be independently moved in the same direction to the substrate (36) and the other mass. One terminal of a first spring element (33) is attached to the substrate (36) and the other terminal is attached to the first mass (32). One terminal of a second spring element (39) is attached to the first mass (32) and the other terminal is attached to the second mass (38). Input transducers (40 and 42) are provided for receiving an input frequency and applying a force in the moving direction of the first mass (32). This force presents the input frequency. Output transducers (48 and 49) provide an output frequency presenting relative motion between the first mass (32) and the second mass (38) in relation to the first and second masses (32 and 38).
