PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage phosphor sheet allowing generating data for biochemical analysis with excellent quantification property with high resolution even when an organism-derived substance labeled by a radiological labeling material is specifically combined with a specific combination material of which the base sequence, length and composition are known and selectively labeled spot type regions are densely formed on carrier surface such as a membrane filter. SOLUTION: In this storage phosphor sheet, a stimulable phosphorescent film 11 including a stimulable phosphor and a binder is filled in a plurality of penetrating holes 12 formed on a plate member 13 and a plurality of stimulable phosphor layer regions 15 are formed at positions corresponding to the penetrating holes on the plate member.
