PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser capable of restraining a phenomenon that a building, in which the condenser is installed, is vibrated with an uncomfortable frequency of vibration, in a condenser provided in the building with a steam pipe for receiving steam supplied from a steam generating facility, ventilating fans for cooling the steam in the steam pipe from the outside of the steam pipe and a control device for controlling the rotating number of the ventilating fans so as to generate the necessary heat dissipating amount determined in accordance with a steam pressure in the steam pipe. SOLUTION: The control device 10 is constituted so as to control the rotating numbers of the ventilating fans F (F1, F2, F3, F4) so as to avoid a specified zone of rotating number of the ventilating fan, in which the frequency of vibration of the building generated by the ventilating fans is within a predetermined range.
