PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form cleaning device capable of efficiently cleaning a form used in a slip form construction method. SOLUTION: This form cleaning device 20 is provided with a work truck 22, a main pipe 24 capable of sliding vertically to the truck 22, an elevating drive mechanism 26 for elevating the pipe 24 vertically, a jet nozzle 28 mounted at the lower end part 24b of the pipe 24, and a water supply tube 30 connecting the work truck 22 and the upper end part 24a of the pipe 24. Cleaning water is supplied from the truck 22 through the water supply tube 30 and the pipe 24 to the jet nozzle 28. The jet nozzle 28 is elevated along the form 10 by the elevating drive mechanism 26 while the supplied cleaning water is jetted toward the form 10, thereby cleaning the form 10.
