PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tiling external heat insulation construction method having high efficiency of construction and a tip for construction for it. SOLUTION: In a construction method for sticking a heat insulating material 2 to a skeleton 1, and applying mortar 3, a net 4 and mortar 5 thereto, and sticking a tile 9 thereto, a pin 13 of the construction tip 10 is inserted and fixed in the heat insulating material 2. The tip 10 has a base part 11, the pin 13 and a projecting part 12. Mortar 3 is applied to be flush with the base part 11, and mortar 5 is applied to be flush with the projecting part 12.
