PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-paved sidewalk in which waste tire chips can be utilized effectively and a color does not come off by a change with time. SOLUTION: The waste tire chips are spread and leveled and fixed on a fixed bedrock 1 together with a binder to form a rubber lower layer section 2, and a rubber upper layer section 3 in which the waste tire chips 31 in which color rubber chips 32 are mixed partially are spread and leveled and fixed within a fixed range is formed, thus constructing the rubber pavement.
