PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an up-to-date form of a range hood, and improve the vision effect, and further ensure the function as a multiple one. SOLUTION: A range hood 1 is constructed as a ceiling suspension type for example, and a lamp 9 is provided in a hood case 7 followed by a smoke introduction section 2, and further a group of many small holes 8 are formed in the hood case 7 as a light leakage portion (optical transparent portion) for leaking light from the lamp 9 to the outside. Once the lamp 9 is lighted, the light leaks from the small hole group 8 to the outside and scatters, whereby part of the hood case 7 behaves as if it is an illumination apparatus, and further the light leaking to the ceiling and the like forms optical patterns such as scattered and dotted one or a petal one or a light pattern in a planetarium, whereby vision property and design effect are improved and the function is ensured as being a multiple function. |
