PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for separating and extracting mixed signal enabling separation and extraction of an original signal from observation signals from respective sensors with a general blind signal separating method even under a condition where a difference in time when a signal arrives at the sensors occurs because the sensors are arranged with a wide interval. SOLUTION: This mixed signal separating and extracting device is provided with a plurality of sensors 11 to 14 to which a plurality of incident signals are respectively made incident, a plurality of bandwidth limiting filters 21 to 24 for respectively limiting a plurality of mixed signals obtained by mixing the plurality of incident signals from the plurality of sensors to narrow bands and outputting the plurality of incident signals, and an independent component analyzing part 50 for separating and extracting the plurality of incident signals with an independent component analysis method on the basis of the plurality of signals sent from the plurality of bandwidth limiting filters and limited to the narrow bands. |
