PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a fuel cell in an generation output pattern which is little in fluctuation though it can raise the use efficiency of generation capacity, by making the fuel cell follow the fluctuation of power load to the utmost upon the use situation of a power-consuming apparatus. SOLUTION: A coefficient allotting means 8 allots a coefficient to a power- consuming apparatus whose use time is long as a whole and allots a small coefficient to an instant power-consuming apparatus whose use time is short, with its duration relatively short and with its power load becoming instantaneously peak, based on the consumption situation of power-consuming apparatuses within a unit period such as one day or the like. A set electricity output computation means 10 computes the total power load in every set time, as the set electricity output in set time, from the quantity of power consumption of each power-consuming apparatus and the allotted coefficient. An output control means 12 controls the quantity of generated power outputted from a home fuel battery so as to get set electricity output. |
