<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experiment management system suitably for use in various laboratories with high convenience. SOLUTION: An imaging camera 1 picks up an experiment state, a data collection device 7 collects data associated with the experiment state and a transmitter 4 transmits the image picked up by the imaging camera 1 and the data collected by the data collection device 7 to a monitor terminal 2 at a remote place via a network 3. The network 3 is the Internet and the transmitter 4 is a server computer 40. The data collection device 7 uses a decision section 71 to decide whether or not a change registered in advance takes place in an experiment, a signal generating section 72 generates a trigger signal when the section 71 decide the occurrence of the change and transmits the result to the monitor terminal 2 in real time. The imaging camera 1 picks up also a robot 6 for operating an experimental tool or an experimental device, the image of the robot 6 is sent to the monitor terminal 2 via the network 3 and the robot 6 is remotely controlled.</p> |
