<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of measuring a galloping phenomenon of an overhead transmission line simply, exactly and in a short time, and its measurement method. SOLUTION: The galloping measurement device is constituted of a laser measurement part 1, a signal processor 2, a control circuit 3, a personal computer 4 and an indication monitor 5. A pulse laser beam is continuously emitted from the laser measurement part 1 and the laser beam is scanned in a specific range and cast onto a measuring object. The scanning angle of cast laser beam is output and a part of the emitted laser beam and a reflection laser beam of the cast laser beam are received. Time difference of individual received times is obtained and recorded with the signal processor 2. Based on the scanning angle and the recorded time difference, the coordinates of the measuring object is obtained by a program installed in the personal computer 4.</p> |
