<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty of making proper counseling because past information of a customer cannot be utilized when the customer used a different counseling space since customer information accumulated in each counseling space is usable only in the current counseling space even when plural counseling spaces exist in case there are shops over plural floors, and in case there are many shops. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a counseling terminal PC 5 installed on each of the plural counseling spaces to accumulate purchase record for goods and/or services, counseling information, etc., for each customer, and a customer data base server 2 connected to that to manage information accumulated in each counseling terminal PC for each customer. Information accumulated in all the terminal devices can be browsed from each terminal device.</p> |
