PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the trouble of the function deterioration or damage to an incinerator caused by that glass fibers usually used as a reinforcing material for a plastic composite constituting cellular phone boxes are fused and adhered on the incinerator when wasted cellular phones are burned in the incinerator. SOLUTION: At first, a ceramic fiber as a reinforcing material is knead into a base material (step 101). The plastic composite obtained by kneading the ceramic fiber as the reinforcing material into the base material is palletized (step 102). The palletized plastic composite is molded by using a injection molder (step 103). Thus, the box of a cellular phone is obtained (104). The box of the cellular phone is used in an assembling process (step 201), and a cellular phone set is completed as a product (step 202). The use of a ceramic fiber having a melting point of 1,000 deg.C as the reinforcing material enables that the reinforcing material does not burn in an ordinary incinerator in which materials are burned by spontaneous combustion at 650-900 deg.C. |
