PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sizing agent for glass fibers which can effectively prevents production of fuzz due to friction or impact during weaving by using an air jet loom. SOLUTION: This sizing agent for glass fibers contains starch, an oil agent, a surfactant and water. The surfactant contains a first cationic surfactant prepared by the reaction of a first fatty acid and a first amine compound and a second cationic surfactant prepared by the reaction of the reaction product of a second fatty acid and a second amine compound with a carbonyl group- containing crosslinking agent.
