PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of performing an intended retrieval processing even from an ambiguous requested content possibly containing a wrong key word. SOLUTION: This retrieval requested information extraction method extracting information to request a retrieval comprises a step for receiving a group of key words inputted by a user at the time of a retrieval request, a step for setting a specified key word out of a group of the key words inputted by the user as a major key word and sets the key words other than the specified key word as supplemental key words, a step for amending the supplemental key words having the lower degree of an association with the major key word into the higher degree of an association with a key word, and a step for retrieving as requested by a user with the amended group of the key words.
