PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for joining a pile and a foundation together, which is constitutionally simple and extremely close to a pin structure. SOLUTION: A foundation pile 1 is formed, and the foundation 2 is formed on a pile head part of the foundation pile 1. A bearing plate 4 is mounted on the pile head part of the foundation pile 1, and a bearing plate 5 is mounted at a lower end of the foundation 2 in a state of being placed on the bearing plate 4. Additionally, a metal bar 6, which serves as a pull-out resisting member, is mounted between the pile head part of the foundation pile 1 and the foundation 2. Both of the bearing bars 4 and 5 are formed in such a manner that sides of opposed surfaces are made thicker from outer peripheral parts to central parts; the bearing plate 4 is formed, particularly, in such a convex-surface shape that a top-surface side is swollen from the outer peripheral part to the central part; and the bearing plate 5 is formed, particularly, in such a convex- surface shape that an under-surface side is protruded downward from the outer peripheral part to the central part.
