PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground anchor capable of surely obtaining high pull-out strength even if the ground anchor forms an anchor body by making pressurized grouting of a grout to the inside of a bag body. SOLUTION: The ground anchor includes an anchor body 3 consisting of an anchor head section 1 put on a structure, tension members 2 inserted into an anchor hole H bored in the ground and tightly connecting one end of each of the tension members 2 to the anchor head section 1, a bag body 3a put on the tension members 2 by involving the other end of each of the tension members 2 and a grout 3b pressurized and grouted to the inside of the bag body 3a, the bag body 3a includes texture capable of permeating the grout 3b, linear members 4 are arranged along the direction of the tension members 2, and gaps 4a parallel to the linear members 4 are formed between the bag body 3a and a hole wall of the anchor hole H.
