<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for economically operating a power plant by managing the relationship between the power plant operation and waste recovery. SOLUTION: The amount of wastes to be recovered everyday is obtained (step 1301) by storing the amount of waste recovery and the amount of waste incineration based on a standard disposal program planned in advance. The amount of obtained wastes and the amount of stored wastes of the previous day are added, and the sum of which is then subtracted by the amount of incineration of the day to calculate the amount of wastes to be stored on the day. Data showing transition of the amount of wastes to be stored on the following day and the days thereafter are obtained (step 1304) based on the obtained amount of wastes to be stored, and the amount of waste recovery and the amount of waste incineration which are based on the standard disposal program. Based on the obtained data, waste disposal status information is outputted (step 1305). Determination is made as to whether or not proposed measures are needed, and if affirmative, such proposed measures are set forth (step 1307).</p> |
