PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution system in which a terminal can receive an advertisement distribution service whether it is by cables or radio as long as it is provided with a communication function by distributing voice advertisement data when a user makes a call without troubling the user. SOLUTION: In the case of judging that the user of terminal equipment 108 is to receive advertisement distribution in a user data judging means 107 of a service provision center 109, the advertisement data 111 are distributed from an advertisement data base 106 to an advertisement data storage means 101 through the user judging means 107. In the terminal equipment 108, before a communication means 105 becomes a communication state after the user makes a call, the advertisement data 111 are outputted from the advertisement data storage means 101 to an advertisement data reproduction means 102, the voice advertisement data 111 are reproduced in the advertisement data reproduction means 102 and communication of the user is started thereafter.
