<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking method that can conveniently and inexpensively provide recently increasing bicycle parking desirers with bicycle parking for by operating a charged parking lot for bicycles in a maximally unmanned system. SOLUTION: A bicycle parking machine 2 for parking each of bicycles is arranged in the bicycle parking lot having properly a crime preventive device such as a crime preventive camera. The bicycle parking machine 2 sets a lock by reading a communication key number by connecting to a communication key 3 installed on a bicycle 4 by previously lending out to a user, and opens the lock when the headquarters receive a telephone.
