PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reduction in storage capacity and quality maintenance of stored data by a simple method. SOLUTION: After Step S11 optically reads in a first form to capture image, Step S14 prints serial number data on the first form to create a second form, and Step S15 saves first image data and the serial number data on the first read form. Step S17 optically reads in the second form printed with the serial number data to capture second image data. Merging processing of Step S22 reads out the first image data according to the serial number data in the second image data, merges the first image data and the second image data to create third image data, and saves the third image data. |
