PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data measurement device for reproducing realistically, an object freely transformed and operated under an arbitrary view point and light source, and a drawing method by an image base. SOLUTION: The image data measurement device comprises a horizontal turn table (1-1) for putting a photographing object, a plurality of cameras (1-2) set on a vertical semicircle putting the object on the turn table, a semicircle arm (1-5) turning with the same axis as the turn table and placed with a plurality of light sources, and a controller (1-6) automatically controlling these apparatus. When reproducing the image from an arbitrary view point, a proper data is selected from the image data photographed by the device, interpolated and drawn.
