PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a partition panel, which is for use in fixing the partition panel onto a floor surface without paying attention to the unevenness of a longitudinal header of the panel, and contributes to efficient building of the partition panel, and to provide a method for fixing the partition panel by using the fixture. SOLUTION: The fixture having a penetrating claw 40 is formed by providing a fixing plate 25 to be fixed onto the floor surface 33 of the building, and bending a portion of an end 25a thereof upward in a lateral direction. A first partition panel 30 forming the partition is built on the floor surface of the building, and the fixing plate is inserted into a gap between the floor surface and the first partition panel, to thereby squeeze the penetrating claw into the lateral header 32 of the first partition panel. Then, the fixing plate is fixed to the floor surface, and thereafter the other end of the fixing plate is covered with a second partition panel 36 which is built on the floor surface after building the first partition panel, like a wall.
