DIAGNOSING SYSTEM FOR FLUID MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving advance diagnosing system for a fluid machine, capable of simply making a trial calculation of energy saving amount obtained by rotational frequency adjustment utilizing an inverter (a frequency converter). SOLUTION: This diagnosing system for a fluid machine comprises a means for inputting data of a flow rate-pressure (pump head) and a flow rate-electric power consumption of a fluid machine with a motor when driven by an alternating current commercial power source, and planning requirements (a flow rate- pressure) in a facility side; a means for inputting or assuming conduit resistance (actual pump head) when the flow rate is zero; a means for computing a reducing result of the electric power consumption when rotational frequency of the fluid machine is decreased by using a frequency converter; and a processing means for indicating a computed result.
